Items purchased from RestTech Solutions may be returned within 20 days of purchase. Opened software is NOT returnable for any reason. Used equipment is not returnable for any reason. All returns must have a vaild R.M.A. number before they can be accepted back to our service center. Products returned will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Items shipped in error or DOA will not be subject to any restocking fees. Services, shipping and other fees are not returnable or refundable under any conditions.
