System
Technician
Restaurant
Sales Representative

System Technician
System Technicians are responsible for
providing installation and training for our Restaurant Management
Systems, Telephone Systems, Paging Systems, Surveillance Systems and
Electronic Cash Drawers. Successful candidates will possess excellent oral and written
communication skills and in-depth PC and LAN
knowledge. We
have openings in most major metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
- Installing our Solutions at customer locations within a large, predefined
geographic region. This includes LANs, Back Office Computers,
Back Office Servers, Front of House Stations, Kitchen Printers,
Kitchen Display Systems, Telephone Systems, Video Systems,
Paging Systems, etc.
- Providing on site and online training
regarding the use of our systems
- Documenting all work that was
performed during installations
- Consistently providing the highest
level of service to our customers
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough understanding of computer
networks
- Restaurant work experience a plus
- Self started, highly motivated
individual
- Willingness to travel most of the time
Restaurant Sales Representative
Restaurant Sales Representatives are responsible for
developing relationships with independent and franchised
restaurants, accessing their needs and offering solutions that will
address these needs. System Sales Representatives work within a
limited and exclusive geographical area.
Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
- Prospect and develop new business
- Conduct on site and online system
demonstrations
- Conduct on site and online system
training sessions
- Meet monthly and yearly sales goals
- Participate in local trade
organizations
- Follow through on all sales leads
provided
- Maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- No less than 2 years experience in
sales
- Restaurant experience a big plus
- Self started, highly motivated
individual
- Willingness to travel within a
specified territory
