digitalpersona 4000

The U.are.U 4000 is a USB fingerprint sensor designed for use with DigitalPersona's U.are.U applications and developer tools. It works seamlessly with our ALDELO Restaurant POS Software to allow employees to identify themselves with their fingerprints. No more PINs or plastic cards means no more "buddy-punching" plus greatly increased system security.

A user simply places a finger on the reader window, and the reader quickly and automatically captures and encrypts the fingerprint image before sending it to the DigitalPersona IDentity Engine for verification
